Important Information About Our Plumbing Services and Updated Payment Terms

We would like to inform you of the current prices of our services and share updates on the payment terms in effect for all of our customers.

  1. Prices for our services: The rate for our plumbers and heating engineers is $115 per hour, with a minimum of one and a half hours of work. Transportation costs are an additional 30 minutes for Rosemont and surrounding areas, and an additional hour for Longueuil, Laval, and Montreal east of Louis H. Lafontaine and west of Décarie.
    • 1.1 Price of parts: The cost of parts is determined in accordance with the parts price list contained in the ALL PRISER reference, widely recognized in the construction industry.
  2. Payment terms: Before work begins, we request a credit card number to confirm the reservation. Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, debit card and cash. If there is no one on site at the end of the work, we will use the credit card provided in the office.
  3. Additional charges for certain tools: Additional charges may apply for the use of specialized tools such as ferret and inspection camera. These costs will be communicated transparently before the start of the work.
  4. Quotation service (priority to customers): We want to give priority to our customers during busy periods, by giving the priority to service requests related to major renovations or hydronic heating system changes. We thank you for your understanding and are committed to providing exceptional service to each of our clients.
  5. Confirmation of appointments: Only appointments that have been confirmed by our dispatch team will be considered official appointments. We kindly ask you to wait for confirmation from our team before considering your appointment as confirmed. This measure aims to ensure effective planning and avoid any misunderstandings. In the event that an appointment is canceled due to causes beyond our control, we undertake to reschedule it as soon as possible. Your understanding in such situations is greatly appreciated.
  6. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours later in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
  7. Work guarantee (exception for unblocking): For unblocking, please note that there is no warranty. The plumber will carry out a test in front of you to check that the drains are working properly after unblocking. The warranty exclusively covers the work carried out by the plumber and does not cover other problems. The parts listed on your invoice are guaranteed for a period of 30 days provided they have been subjected to normal use and adequately maintained. All parts supplied by the customer are not guaranteed. 
    Following the intervention of our plumber, it is your responsibility to check that no anomaly is present. Otherwise, ensure that you secure the premises and contact us as soon as possible to remedy any possible problems. Do not hesitate to let us know of any other desired modifications.
  8. Emergency service (reserved for our customers): In the event of an emergency outside normal business hours work, exclusively for our customers, a special rate applies. The emergency rate is $230 per hour, calculated at double time, with a minimum of one and a half hours of work. In addition, transportation costs, estimated at $230 per hour (double time), may apply depending on the nature of the emergency and the distance to be traveled, with a minimum duration of 30 minutes to 1 hour. We are here to help you in all circumstances, and we thank you for your understanding of the costs associated with emergency services.
  9. Cleaning after work: We are committed to leaving your space as clean as possible after completion of the work. However, please note that complete cleaning may require additional services.
  10. Presence of the owner or manager: We recommend that you be on site to see the work to be carried out and the result. This guarantees mutual understanding and the satisfaction of your expectations.
